The website www.linguizt.com is exclusively owned and operated by Grandiose Valley Services Limited with offices based at No. 20, Koya Akinwale Street, Oluwaga Ipaja, Lagos, Lagos State, Nigeria.
Individuals engaging with Linguizt’s website and/or services must be aged 18 or above. We regret to inform that we cannot offer translations or services to those under 18 years old. By accessing and utilising our website, you confirm that you meet this age criteria. If you are below 18, we kindly ask you to refrain from using our services.
When placing an order, customers are required to specify their desired delivery time and document type for translation. If multiple documents are involved, please provide detailed information regarding the intended purpose of each document. Linguizt cannot be held liable for any delays resulting from inaccuracies in customer-provided materials.
Customers using our translation services via www.linguizt.com must provide us with a written statement delineating the intended purpose of the translation. In the absence of such a request, the translation will be regarded solely for informational and comprehension purposes. Any explicit written requests for the translation to serve as the final document must be conveyed at the time of purchase. Linguizt cannot assume responsibility for inaccuracies in translations if the purpose of the translation was not communicated beforehand.
The pricing for translations offered by Linguizt is tailored to each customer's specific requirements. The accuracy of these quotes relies on the information provided by the customer, encompassing details such as material description and the intended use of the translation. In instances where the material description provided is insufficient, Linguizt reserves the prerogative to make adjustments to the quotes as deemed necessary.
Compliance with these Terms is essential for all payments. Non-compliance may lead to the suspension of work. Payments are facilitated through a secure external system, and completion of payment is mandatory prior to receiving the translation.
On bank statements, payments will be identified under LGGV, NIGERIA.
Refunds are only granted under exceptional circumstances, and the decision rests solely with Linguizt. Requests for refunds, applicable to work substantially divergent from the original order, must be submitted within three days of receiving the completed work. Refunds may take up to 10 days to reflect in the customer's bank account so please bear this in mind when requesting a refund.
If you wish to cancel your order, please make sure to do so before our translation experts begin working or before documents are sent, as cancellations will not be possible once these processes have started.
Linguizt shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of its services, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, even if Linguizt has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall Linguizt’s total liability to the customer exceed the amount paid by the customer for the services provided.
By utilising our website and services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Linguizt, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the services, violation of these Terms and Conditions, or infringement of any rights of third parties. This indemnification provision shall survive the termination or expiration of this agreement.
This agreement is subject to governance and interpretation in accordance with the law. In the event of disputes, both parties are expected to initially seek resolution through mutual dialogue, resorting to legal intervention only if deemed necessary. Should legal action be required, it shall take place within the jurisdiction where Linguizt is based. By accepting these terms, customers implicitly acknowledge and consent to the designated jurisdiction for any legal proceedings or actions.
